Our Team



Co-Founder & MD

Olajide is the co-founder and Managing Director of N.I.D Project and Asset Managers, he is a seasoned professional with over 20 (Twenty) years’ experience in Real Estate, Project Management and Banking / Finance within the United Kingdom and Nigeria.

Olajide has a degree in Economics, an MBA and a Master of Science degree in Financial Decision Management from the UK (University of Luton, United Kingdom – Now University of Bedfordshire) and Nigeria. He is a qualified Project Manager (Prince2), and also a qualified Property Manager in the UK.

He was awarded the best UK student by the Institute of Residential Property Management (I. R. P.M) in 2007 for scoring the highest mark in the U.K in the institute’s exams.

Prior to N.I.D Olajide worked with Ecobank and Skye Bank within Nigeria. For about a decade, he worked with two of UK’s most successful property firms; Peverel OM Ltd and Kinleigh, Folkard& Hayward (K.F.H), where he rose to various managerial positions before relocating to Nigeria.

Olajide is a qualified Mortgage Advisor, a member of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors – (RICs) and the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), all within the United Kingdom.

Olajide has unrestricted access to Europe and the USA; hence it is easy for him to move round to meet current and prospective clients abroad.


Investment & Advisory Board Member

Femi Akindeji qualified as a Nigerian Chartered Accountant at the age of 25.  He was the Best Ordinary National Diploma Accountancy Graduating Student in 1994 at the Polytechnic of Ibadan.

He started his professional banking career with Access Bank Operations Group and subsequently worked for Oceanic Bank International and First Inland (then First Atlantic) Bank before relocating to the United Kingdom for his Masters degree(MSc) in Financial Decision Management at the University of Bedfordshire (then Luton) Business School.

He returned to Nigeria in 2004 and took up employment within the Risk Management Group of Citibank Nigeria (Corporate and Investment Bank) as a Credit Risk control specialist. He was involved in a West Africa Regionalization project which aimed to make Lagos the West African hub for Credit Risk Control and Administration functions for the bank. The project took him to Gabon, Cameroon and South Africa. He attended several on the job and classroom trainings while with Citi Nigeria both locally and internationally.

In 2007, Femi relocated back to the United Kingdom and continued his Banking career within the Investment Finance unit of Citibank Private Bank in the UK where he had specific responsibilities for Credit Risk Control functions, serving the world’s ultra and high net worth clients across varied products including Margin and Security Backed Finance loans, Residential and Commercial Real Estate, Aircraft loans, Structured Products, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Derivatives. He was given an Employee Recognition award in December 2008 for his outstanding contribution.

He left in 2009 and worked for BNP Paribas Corporate and Investment Bank as a Risk control analyst till 2011 before moving to another Investment Bank in London as a Business Risk Control analyst.

Over the years Femi has acquired huge experience in Banking Operations, Personal Finance Management, Credit Risk Control, Foreign Exchange (FX) and Derivatives, including Business Process Re-engineering across these functions.

Femi is a member of the Investment & Advisory board of N.I.D


Finance Director

A very straight forward and down to earth person, we are proud to present Wale as our Finance Director.

He holds a BSc in Accounting and MBA (Banking and Finance) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria and University of Nigeria, Nsukka respectively.

Professionally, Wale belongs to the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Management, Chartered Institute of Personnel Management, Advertising Practitioners Council of Nigeria, and the Institute of Data Processing and Management. He is a United-Nations trained Networking Associate as well as being an alumnus of Cisco Systems Networking Academy, U.S.A. He attended Export Edge Training School, Dublin for a certificate course in International Marketing and Law of International Trade.

He is part of the team behind all the strategies formulation and implementation at N.I.D. Prior to N.I.D,Adewale worked with Moses Ogidigo& Co: Onuoha, Elenwoke, Opara& Co: Chris Ekeigwe& Co, Health-Aid Limited and Centrespread FCB at various levels of management.


Principal Architect

Adebowale Suraj Adenugais an Architect with over fourteen years post qualifications experience.

He is a graduate of Ogun State Polytechnic (HND in Architecture – 1999).

He later attended Federal University of Technology Minna for his B.Sc in Architecture in 2003 and obtained an M.Sc in Architecture from the same university in 2005.

Between 1995 and 1997 Adebowale had brief spells with Ministry of Works & Housing and ARON Nig Ltd.

He was a part time lecturer at Moshood Abiola Polytechnic from 2005 to 2009.

Adebowale currently works for N.I.D as a Principal Architect

  • DATKEM Shopping complex
  • Ultra Modern Post Office
  • Multipurpose hall of 1,800 capacity
  • Design & Project management of various fueling stations across the country.
  • Water processing factory


Business Development & Marketing Director

A very joyful and lovely lady as the name sounds, we are proud to introduce Jolaade Oduntan as our Business Development & Marketing Director.

Jolaade holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from Ogun State University.  She is also an associate member of IFS school of Finance London (Marketing & General Insurance)

Jolaade has over fifteen (15) interesting years of sales and marketing experience that cuts across General Marketing, Pensions Investment and Management, General Insurance and Banking / Finance.  She is an individual with excellent client relationship management skills.

She started her career with Boff & Co Insurance Brokers at Ibadan and later moved to Equatorial Trust Bank as relationship management / marketing officer.

Jolaade Joined Pensions Alliance Lagos  in 2006 and had risen to the position of Assistant Head of Sales and Marketing before leaving in 2008 to join IEI Anchor Pensions as Head of Sales and Marketing.

Jolaade has made a remarkable contribution to the marketing industry as a whole and the insurance industry specifically.

Her immense marketing experience and excellent relationship management skills are great assets to N.I.D and the board.
